Our Plum Noir is lovingly crafted from a blend of Asian and European Plums all naturally grown in the pristine Similkameen Valley. Gently crushed and fermented in a traditional style, and aged in oak caskets, this wine reflects the ‘Old World’ traits of a classic Pinot. From its shimmering ruby colour, to its soft smoky aroma, the wine envelops multiple levels of sweet cherries, ripe strawberries and candied plums. A beautiful sugar and acid balance complimented by the underlying plum tannins deliver a unique and sophisticated finish. A remarkably versatile food pairing wine, the Plum Noir serves well with shellfish, poultry, duck, lamb, and creamy cheeses like Brie and Gorgonzola.
